3 Step Reiki Healing Exercise to Help You Sleep Better

1. You can do this exercise in the afternoon during nap time or during night sleep. Lie on your back or on your side, whichever is most comfortable for you.

2. Place one hand on the forehead and the other on the stomach. Notice your breath as you inhale and exhale. Notice that your abdomen rises and falls, puffing out as you inhale and compressing as you exhale.

3. Lie in this position for 10 to 15 minutes. For this exercise to be effective, you must focus your attention as detailed in step 2. Only then can you gradually relax and fall asleep.

If done regularly, this exercise will go a long way in restoring your normal sleep pattern. Over time your insomnia will be cured and you will be able to enjoy a good night’s rest every day.
