Disney Wish is the first of the Triton class cruise ships for Disney Cruise Line. It is the biggest and most expensive of all the Disney cruise ships, with an estimated cost of around one billion dollars. The ship is expected to enter service in June 2022. Compared to other Disney ships, the ship will be bigger and offer more amenities.
Disney Wish has a large variety of entertainment options, including Broadway-style shows and a water ride called AquaMouse. It will also feature two specialty restaurants, including the Italian-themed Palo Steakhouse and French-inspired Enchante by Chef Arnaud Lallement. Guests can also enjoy a dessert shop with almost 40 different flavors of ice cream.
The Disney cruise has a number of special facilities, including a concierge lounge. This is an exclusive area for adults. It has its own sun deck and hot tubs, as well as a dedicated team of people to handle all of your needs. If you choose this stateroom, you will also have access to a complimentary evening cocktail. You can also book a Concierge Wish Tower Suite, which will allow you to sleep up to eight people.
Disney Cruise Line – How Much Is Disney Wish Cruise Line?
Each of the Disney Wish’s staterooms is equipped with a private bedroom and bathroom, as well as plenty of storage space. These staterooms are divided into two categories: ocean view and verandah. Verandah cabins are especially sought-after. They have larger bathrooms and a more spacious balcony. Most of the Disney Wish’s staterooms offer a panoramic view of the sea.
The ship’s accommodations are spread out over four decks. Some of the rooms have a balcony, while others have a private sundeck and hot tub. There are also some connecting staterooms that feature partitions between the verandahs. Many of the Disney Wish staterooms offer a large vanity, bathroom with a bathtub, and a privacy divider. Other features of the staterooms include a 43-inch television and a full length mirror. All staterooms also come with deluxe toiletries and plenty of storage.
In addition to the amenities available in all staterooms, guests will also have access to an adults-only lounge with hot room service breakfasts and evening cocktails. Those passengers who book a Concierge Wish Tower Suite will have access to a private entry, floor-to-ceiling windows, a library that converts to a bed, a living room with a bar and a dining room, as well as two master bedrooms. A small children’s room is also included.
Aside from the Concierge Wish Tower Suite, the cruise ship also has several different accommodations for families. For example, there are two kids clubs for younger children, as well as a separate children’s pool on the AquaMouse water slide. Another feature that is unique to the cruise is the fact that the captain of the ship is a human, as opposed to a robotic captain.
However, the Disney Wish is still a bit more expensive than other mainstream cruise lines. Prices for an inside room begin at $1,745 for three-night cruises. On a seven-night Alaska cruise, prices start at $6,500.
