Penis size: living in the real world

Maybe it was easy back in the days of grandpa, but let’s face it: men today have a hard time not being aware of their penis size and whether it “lives up to expectations.” Our obsession with this subject is, of course, wrong; Men would be much better off concentrating on penis health than worrying about penis size. But the fact is that size is still on the minds of many men, and their perception of what a good penis size is is distorted by many factors. In the real world, a man with a five-inch penis is fine. But in your mind, you may feel ashamed and disappointed (even if your partners in bed are perfectly satisfied).

Real world vs. culture

In some ways, it is understandable that there could be confusion about what might be termed “acceptable penis size in the real world.” After all, for decades, men were told that the average penis was six inches. In recent years alone, studies have shown that that measurement was actually an overstatement, with the currently accepted average length of about 5.2 “. (Many studies, most of them scientifically invalid and often designed to be used as a form of promoting penis enlargement products, they claim that the length is much greater, further blurring our perceptions than is typical.) And the vast majority of men have penises that fall in the 4 “to 6” range.

Incorrect

However, one problem is that even when a man accepts that the real-world average of 5.2 “is true, he may have a hard time believing it on the inside. For example, sometimes a man with a medium-sized penis .. even above average size – you may feel like your penis is too small. This may be due to deep-seated feelings about yourself that hamper your self-esteem. You may not have the self-confidence to accept that it is normal or he above normal.

He may have also compared himself to other men in the gym or on a circular jerk and found that quite a few of these other men had longer penises than him, leading him to believe that he is smaller than average. But often, our perception of size can be distorted. It is impossible to look at our penis from the same physical point of view that we see in another man, so you may be underestimating yourself or overselling to the other men you see.

Porn, of course

And then there is the problem of pornography, of course. As frequent porn providers know, many porn producers try to employ above-average male actors in the penis size department, sometimes significantly. When a viewer sees a seven- or eight-inch (or larger) penis giving what appears to be intense pleasure (as evidenced by moans and gasps coming from the partner, another actor of course), they can’t help but match the size with power and pleasure.

Since the Internet has made pornography something that a man can enjoy at any time of the day, for hours and hours if he wishes, it means that many men are receiving visual messages that distort the image of the normal size of a penis.

To do

If a man becomes too obsessed with the size of his penis, and especially if he has a penis that measures in the average range, he should steer clear of sources, such as pornographic videos, that reinforce unrealistic expectations. If the size issue is too ingrained, you may want to seek help from a mental health professional.

In the real world, the average size of a penis can be extremely rewarding, especially if the owner of that penis keeps it in good health by regularly applying an excellent penis health cream. (Health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil, which is clinically proven to be gentle and safe for the skin). The best creams will provide a wide range of vitamins, such as A, B5, C, D, and E, to benefit the penis. Additionally, the cream should contain L-arginine, which helps produce nitric oxide which can help the blood vessels in the penis expand to accommodate increased blood volume.
