Until a few months ago, you had to look up your stats and compare them with other players was impossible, but in November 2008 the Call of Duty team revealed a stats site that allowed players to check their stats and compare them with their friends. and the global community and see where Call of Duty players sat on the pitch. You have to set up your stats account before you can compare yourself to other players, but it’s very easy to do.

Basically, you have to link your COD account to the statistics site and the Call of Duty website directly for all the information to be uploaded. When you are in multiplayer, all you need to do is choose Xbox Live and enter your “barracks”. Once in your barracks, you will see the option “web statistics”. Each person’s web statistics have a personal code that identifies them as a player. Write down your number and go to CallofDuty.com. If you’re a serious Call of Duty gamer, you’ve likely visited the site before. Log into your account or create one if you’ve never been to the site before. Signing up for an account is like signing up for an account on any other forum or site, enter your information and get the day done.

Once you are in your account, you must go to the “My account” tab. Once on the tab, you will see a “Link Account” tab. Click on that tab and choose your platform (PS3 or Xbox 360). You will be prompted for your tag or player ID and the web statistics code you retrieved from your headquarters.
