They got good information from these surveys, but at the same time they spent huge amounts of money organizing the logistics of it all.

So if you’re worried that this won’t last, I’d say don’t worry, because the internet survey industry is only growing as more corporations start to realize that this is the way they can get inside information about what’s going on. What the consumer is thinking.
