Marvel Vs DC: Superman as Gamebreaker and Hulk as the Joker

If you’re a fan of comic book superheroes, you’ve probably always wondered what the outcome of a battle between Wonder Woman and Hercules, Hulk vs. Superman or Thor vs. the martian manhunter. Granted, these have all occurred in a one-shot comic book series in the past, but they were all decided by fan votes and arguably less realistic than if the authors had written them “naturally”. With that said, let’s consider how feuds here between the giants of comics lore may turn out.

wonder woman vs. Thor

This first battle is adequate; in that it is between two gods. Wonder Woman was created by the gods from magical clay, so she is more than a woman and she possesses power on par with many gods. Thor, of course, is the son of Odin and heir to Asgard. They are both extremely strong and are warriors to the core. Her fighting ability is pretty close to max – Thor, being much older than Diana, is probably the better fighter, while Wonder Woman has about 75% of Superman’s strength, so she’s possibly stronger, though it’s very hard to say.

They are both superhumanly fast; Thor has his magical hammer Mjolnir and Wonder Woman has an ion blade forged by the god Hephaestus. In this regard, Thor has the best weapon, and it’s hard to see how Wonder Woman can protect herself from this extremely powerful ranged attack. Her lightning god should also prove troublesome, and in a fight, Odin’s son probably beats the Amazon Princess to death.

hulk vs superman

This is one of the most intriguing fights, given the nearly limitless strength both characters possess. The Incredible Hulk is a gamma-ray-powered rage-fueled powerhouse of the Force. He is the alter ego of brilliant theoretical scientist Dr. Bruce Banner, and gains in strength, durability, regenerative healing, and gamma rays the angrier he gets.

Superman, on the other hand, is an alien; born on the deceased planet Krypton and raised in Kansas as an American. His strength is unreal in any of the numerous incarnations he has experienced in the decades since his creation. What sets him apart from other heroes isn’t just the multitude of his powers, but the fact that they’re all at the end of the spectrum in terms of robustness. Though the Hulk puts up a tremendous battle against the Kryptonian, Green Machine can’t get over the sheer power he brings to the table.

Superman realizes that the beast grows stronger as time goes on, and in a burst of divine effort, he uses his heat vision, ice breath, super speed, and strength to take down the Hulk faster than he can. heal, and pulls out his broken body. planet where the Hulk can calm down. Then, to avoid killing Dr. Banner (Hulk reverts to Banner as he calms down), Superman takes him back to Earth, shielding the scientist from the heat of re-entry with his impenetrable cloak.

batman vs captain america

This is simple: with preparation, Batman takes this fight; without, as in a chance encounter, Captain America wins. His fighting ability is absolutely top notch, and he’s a highly enhanced human, so the Dark Detective may be in trouble. It would be a fight that lasts for hours… but Captain America has greater durability, so Batman would start to fade.

In short, while these heroes are all prodigiously powerful, Superman is the “game breaker,” so to speak. He’s the one Marvel would need two of his powerhouses to fight for, leaving the rest of DC to come out on top. Although not all of them are listed here, Martian Manhunter and Captain Marvel would be free to roam, spelling defeat for the heroes of Marvel Comics. They just can’t afford both Thor and Hulk for example to go up against Kal and yet this is the only way they could possibly defeat Superman.
